“Ideas and Inspiration in Contemporary Design” is a magazine issue that emphasizes the stories, information and work from various designers and artists. These spreads focus on elegant and delicate typography, specifically the work of AIGIA medalist; Louise Filli. I chose Louise Filli because she is a huge inspiration for my work process, thus dedicating this project to her. It was challenging to create a unique Masthead, Cover and table of contents, while channeling Filli’s beautiful style in the feature spreads and article. Photography and designs by Louise Filli. Illustrative typography and borders done by me in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
